The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway and offers easy access to many businesses. While the rooms are comfortable, some repairs are needed, and kitchen items need to be requested separately. The service is friendly and helpful, but the building and contents could use some improvement. The dining experience is limited to pre-packaged oatmeal, coffee, and tea. In terms of value for money, the hotel falls short on some aspects.
I was excited to stay at this hotel after booking a month in advance, but my overall experience had its ups and downs. The room, despite being bigger than a motel 6, did not meet the expectations set by the manager's promise of 100 % customer satisfaction. On the bright side, everything was in working order.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room was not up to the standard I expected for the price, with a hard bed and thin blanket. However, the service was helpful and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was convenient but marred by littered cigarette butts. The dining options were subpar with only grab-and-go choices available.
